We are Dotheo and we have returned from the pause we took. Our host needed time to attend to 3-D duties so it was appropriate that we took a back seat for a few moments.

We want to take this opportunity to remind you that there are times in your life when you to need to allow some things to go on ‘pause’ so that you can attend to other things in your life. This does not mean those things aren’t important or that they won’t be attended to presently. Only that they are on pause for the moment so that other things can be taken care of. Ahhhh…. Sigh in relief that you don’t have to get it done all right now.

We are going to take a break from the Dotheo messages for a while.  We will resume daily messages in the future, after things have been refined a bit.  In the mean time feel free to ask Dotheo personal and/or global questions via the contact form.

Let us begin at the beginning.  There is YOU.  Only you.  That is the beginning, end and everything in between.  YOU!

Today we want you to pause and remember exactly how much you are loved.  This is hard for many humans to accept – that they are loved unconditionally.  You are and if you pause and accept yourself to feel it you will be at peace.

Do not make decisions when you are extremely emotional.   Decisions made in this state are usually not well founded and you may later decide they weren’t such a good idea.  Instead keep track of those decisions you want to make when in a highly emotional state, and check back in when you are in calmer waters.  By the way this goes for states of bliss as well as states of despair.  Both are too far off center to be a place from which good decisions can be made.

Humanity is in a time of great change and it will bring upheaval and pain to a lot of people.  The pain is a necessary part of growth and we urge you to not fight it, but embrace it as it leads you to a better tomorrow.

Many people have what we call “false starts.”  They begin going down one road only to realize it’s wrong and turn and go down another one.  We have two things to tell you about this.

1. It is ok to make a mistake and change course.  It is not ok to blindly stick to your guns because you are afraid to admit you were wrong.
2. Changing course every 5 feet is as unproductive as sticking to your guns too long.  Stay on the road long enough to see where’s its going or you may miss the prize that is right around the corner.
